If Cancellation Insurance (See Below) Is Not Purchased At The Time Of Booking, A 10% Cancellation Fee (10% of Total Package Costs) Will Apply If Package Is Cancelled Up To And Including The 3rd Day Prior To Arrival. If Package Is Cancelled Under 3 Days Prior To Arrival Date There Will Be No Refund. Cancellation Cutoff times are 4:00pm daily.

You Are Given The Option To Purchase Cancellation Insurance Protection For An Addition At $14.95. If Purchased This Amount Will Be Charged On Date Package Is Booked. This Allows You To Cancel Your Package Up To 3rd Day Prior To Arrival Or First Scheduled Activity Without Any Additional Fees Or Penalties And You Will Be Refunded The Full Amount Of Your Package. The Cost Of The Cancellation Insurance Protection Is Non-Refundable.

Documents Will Be At The Front Desk Of The Grand Oaks Hotel At 2315 Green Mountain Drive By 3:00pm On Your Day Of Arrival. If You Would Like Them Delivered To A Different Hotel There Is A $10.00 Delivery Fee.
